I have a love affair with food. A friend back home in New York inspired me to my title, "Second Day Cafe." She picked up on my constant disclaimer to anything I cooked tasting so much better the second day. The flavors have more time to blend, but the next day it's left overs for me and anything tastes good when I haven't had to prepare it before eating.
I took the pictures myself (amatuer that I am). The pictures that look really good I lucked out and had good natural light the day I made the food. Hopefully, it looks appetizing . . .
